CNC-Precision
Perfection in every shape
Our wood is processed with the highest precision by CNC milling machines. Cutting-edge technology enables precise cuts down to the millimeter and complex contours that are perfectly finished.
Wood processing
Hand-finished with care
After precise machine sanding, the Setup Cockpit is given its finishing touches by hand. Experienced carpenters refine the wood with natural oils, which not only emphasize the unique grain of the wood, but also ensure a smooth surface and durability. Finally, each screw of our patented mounting grid is screwed in individually.
Laser cutting and bending
From a spark to the perfect form
The metal for our add-ons is cut using precise laser technology, which means that even complex shapes can be created with the highest accuracy. The laser-cut metal parts are then shaped to exact angles on a folding bench.
Powder-coating
Long-lasting surface finish
The shaped metal parts are powder-coated to make them durable. The powder is statically charged so that it is evenly distributed over the surface. It is then baked into the metal, creating a silky matt surface that makes the metal resistant and gives our add-ons a minimalist design.
Quality control and packaging
Hand-tested and hand-packed
Each of our finished products undergoes a final quality check before being packaged by hand. The critical eyes of our team check every detail before carefully wrapping it in paper. After passing quality control, the Setup Cockpit is given a unique numbered plaque, which acts as a seal of quality.
